Presence of dust or sand in suspension: Correct
This traffic sign is a warning to drivers that there may be dust or sand lifted into the air, reducing visibility and possibly affecting vehicle control. These suspended particles can be caused by windstorms, desert areas, unpaved roads, or construction sites.
